OHVs temporarily prohibited on all county roads
June 10, 2008, Spokane, WA. Judge Michael P. Price, Spokane Superior Court, issued his decision to prohibit implementation of Ferry County Ordinances 2007-22 and 2008-06 regarding OHV use, pending further order of the Court.

Unanimous vote on new version after one hour of public comment
The Commissioners introduced yet another version of the County OHV Ordinance only minutes before the public meeting on June 6th...but:
• The new ordinance still designates roads that do not meet the legal requirement for OHV designation
Many roads are now designated the "entire length"
The County has NOT posted the new OHV Ordinance on the county website
The county has NOT posted a map of the new OHV routes on their website
